This place is great! Because they absolutely honor the (N.J. Stat. § 56:8-69) and took care of my car when the coolant hose broke off under a 1000 miles. Two cars in our driveway now are theirs and definitely more in the future. Some of these negative reviews need to realize that you're buying a high mileage used cars, get it inspected asap for assurance but high miles will always yield in issues depending on the manufacturer. Over all great service with great people. 👍
Went there looking for a car for our daughter. Bruce, our salesman was more than knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at and sold us a great car. As we were wrapping up the sale, he mentioned about a 30 day guarantee that they would fix any mechanical problem the car would have. After a couple of days in our driveway, we noticed some spots under her car. I called, the owner Kevin directed us to Magic Automotive by Lake Hopatcong where we dropped of our car and it was fixed with no hassle at all. This is an honest used car lot with great people working there.
If you are looking to purchase a quality used car for fair market value, this is where you want to go. It’s so hard to go somewhere and not feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Bruce was so easy to work with and made the process seamless. We had a small issue that was addressed swiftly without any runaround. Bruce and Kevin, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I would recommend Cars On 15 to friends and family and purchase again from them in a heartbeat!

Five stars aren't enough!!! Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Bruce was great and patient throughout the whole process. Fingers crossed, Kevin found me a second vehile! I HIGHLY recommend Car On 15. I love my new car and both of these guys were upfront and honest.

We bought a used car for my son late August with the help of Bruce. My 17 yr old worked really hard to help pay for it so we were so upset when less then three months later we had a major problem with the car that would typically be very expensive to fix. There was only the standard 30 day warranty on the car and we were sick over the thought of the cost to repair/replace so we figured it was worth a shot calling the dealership to see if they were willing to help in any way.
Honestly, we thought the call would be futile but we were so pleasantly surprised on how willing they were to rectify our situation even though technically they didn't have to do a thing! We towed the car back to their dealership and they handled the rest. They had it towed to their mechanic and fixed entirely. What would have typically costed us a couple thousand to fix only costed $1000! They had my sons car repaired at the cost they would have paid and also ate $450 of that.
Bruce and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and truly were understanding and sympathetic to our dilemma. Both family men it was obvious that they were sensitive to our situation and knew the right thing to do was help us. We are truly grateful for their response to what could have been a complete financial nightmare possibly leaving us without a choice but to replace the car entirely.
We have a 15 yr old who will be driving soon and we will be returning to Cars on 15 for his car. Thank you Bruce and Kevin for being gentlemen through the entire process it was a pleasure doing business with you. Enjoy the upcoming holidays!

I had a wonderful experience, I left the lot with a fantastic nissan rogue. Low cost and low mileage. Bruce was extremely helpful with all the technical stuff and even helped me with figuring out my car insurance situation. Kevin, Bruce, and their team are a very helpful and friendly. I don't know what the other reviews are about but I had an overall pleasant experience.
Just want to say best dealership out there. Very nice people and will help with any questions you may have. Have to check them out.
Drove from 2 1/2 hours away to look at a 2012 Yukon. Bruce and Kevin were both friendly and easy to work with. No pressure whatsoever. We purchased a great vehicle at a fair price. No hesitation recommending CarsOn15!
I had an amazing experience at Cars on 15. I came here on a Saturday morning with my girlfriend to check out the chevy sonic as we were looking for a second commuter car. I ended up liking the chevy aveo. We ended up taking both cars. Both cars were very clean with good mileage. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. I don't really like being pressure by salesman looking to make a sale. Bruce was very relaxed, informative, and he gave us the opportunity to browse their inventory and talk amongst ourselves before we were ready to talk to him. I told him that the decision was tough between the two cars and he joked that we should take both... and we did. I might be looking for a third car soon and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I highly recommend this place. P.s. - I really liked the fact that every car there had a full detail. The inventory on site is Clean. Thank You. These guys are AMAZING! I got my 2005 Jeep Liberty here a little over a year ago and my dad got his 2009 Ford Fusion right after me. Both amazing cars! As I was pulling out of the lot, we realized that one of the headlights was out, they ran to the place next door to get a replacement before I left. A week later I had a bunch of lights on my dashboard come on. We called and asked them about it, they took it to be fixed and 2 days later I had my car back with no cost to me!! Such friendly people with amazing service! 100% recommended!!

Bruce had me fill out an online application and by later on in the afternoon he called me with an approval and I drove home in my new car that same day! I couldn't of asked for a more upfront honest, sincere, and caring sales guy. It wasn't about the money or the sale, he made sure I was happy which majority of dealerships dont...thank you so much for getting me on the road again I will be returning this weekend to get my mom a car and will forever go to cars on 15!!!

What a great experience. My husband and I have never had to buy or finance a car together and we have been apprehensive about it for about a month. He obsessively looked everywhere near us online and with the great reviews plus personal recommendations we decided to try our luck with Cars on 15. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of free time and we showed up two hours before closing on New Years Eve blindly hopeful that we could leave with a functional vehicle. Our man Bruce not only kept us calm a and made a dozen phone calls to make sure everyone was still around to get this done for us that day, but there was ZERO pressure to look at anything specific or at all. He answered every question, gave us recommendations for what to do with our current car, helped us out with other recommendations and promised to follow up with us in 2 weeks to make sure we're happy and all is going well. We were thinking we'd leave with a 3 grand beater to get us through. But we ended up with the nicest car we've ever had and we know it was our decision and Bruce's help. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. And probably will again in a few months

I purchased a 2008 volkswagon for my daughter at Cars on 15 and Bruce and the team were BEYOND wonderful and professional. Tested the car before purchase, everything was fine, they were not happy with the quality of motor in the convertible top, so they gave us a new one at no charge. Didn't ask, they just replaced. Why aren't all dealerships the same high quality??! THANK YOU to Bruce and his manager!! We will spread the word and we will be return customers!!!!

I recently purchased a car from Bruce from here and my experience was surprisingly amazing. I didn't set up an appointment and walked in for information. He took the time to help me appropriately and figure out my numbers and what works best for my situation. The prices are KBB value and from walking around the lot, all cars do seem to come with some limited warranty. It's nice knowing that you have some protection buying a used car. I look forward to sending more buyers here and doing business with them in the future. Thanks Bruce!
This is the best Used Car Dealership I have ever used. I am a 51 year old women and have been buying cars for over 3 decades since getting my license. I have never before been treated so well. Number one, they have excellent prices. The prices of their cars are not only equal to the Kelly Blue Book estimates for cars of the same, make, model, year and mileage, but in many cases Cars on 15 actually charges LESS than the Kelly Blue Book estimates! Number two, they have splendid customer service. My salesmen and his associate treated me with much kindness and consideration. They even offered to drive the car to my house for me. In other words, I would drive my own car home and one salesman would follow me in the new car while a 2nd salesman would follow the 1st salesman in order to drive the guy back once he dropped off my new car. They offered all of this on top of having to wait an hour for AAA to come to their shop because I was such a dope that I had locked myself out of my own car and needed AAA to come and open it. It was after closing time and I was the last customer there and yet there I was making these poor guys wait with me for AAA to come. They surely wanted to go home after a full and tiring day. Nevertheless, they patiently waited with me . Better yet, they waited with smiles on their faces so that I would not feel badly about the situation. These guys are old fashioned gentlemen. At Cars on 15 you will get the best price and the best service. I could not recommend them more highly.
